Xie Weishan, Chairman & Co-Founder of Kmind Consulting, together with other two co-founders Xu Lianzheng and Yao Rongjun, has developed Kmind's competitive strategy system, based on the consulting practice on hundreds of different enterprises for more than a decade. Xie has led the company to help more than ten corporate customers to accelerate their business growth, including nine China’s industry leaders, such as Feihe (Infant formula and milk powder producer), Bosideng (a leading down clothing brand in PRC), and Yadea (premium e-mobility) within three years. Since 2010, Xie has been devoted to teaching lessons about latest practical experience to a vast number of entrepreneurs at top Chinese universities such as Peking University, Shanghai Jiaotong University and other major industry forums, benefiting more than 50,000 entrepreneurs so far. Xie also serves as an invited expert of Expert Pool of Liaowang Institute under Xinhua News Agency, and a principal lecturer of competitive strategy courses at Shanghai Jiaotong University. He has participated in the professional interpretation of the book entitled "The Great Competition - Real Cases of Competitive Strategies for Chinese Enterprises." Additionally, his works of translations into Chinese version mainly include a series of Al Ries & Jack Trout ’s books, such as "Marketing Warfare", "Positioning", and "Bottom-Up Marketing", etc.

  • Theoretical Promulgation

Mr. Xie Weishan has made outstanding contributions to the spread of competitive strategy theory in China.While serving as main lecturer of the Competitive Strategy Course of Peking University, more than 6,000 entrepreneurs registered into his classroom.In China, he has been invited to attend a large number of events and forums,delivering keynote speeches on competition strategy,disseminating ideologies of competitive strategy for countless entrepreneurs.
