Xu Lianzheng has been profoundly engaged in the study of competitive strategy for more than 10 years. He is especially good at breaking down strategy into tactical actions which are used to help enterprises to obtain highly efficient strategic results. He is familiar with the rules of commercial warfare,having hosted more than a hundrend private entrepreneurial board gatherings which helped to achieve accurate circulation of real experiences among enterprises. He has offered service to nearly 100 enterprises including Feihe Dairy, Feidai Financial Technology, Gani Marble Tiles,Hengshui Laobaigan.Xu Lianzheng is also expert through special invitation for the Experts Pool of the Xinhua News Agency's Liaowang Institute.He has participated in the professional interpretation of the book entitled "Great Competition-Real Cases of Competitive Strategies for Chinese Enterprises. Collaborating with Xie Weishan and Yao Rongjun, he developed the competitive strategy system of KMIND, and provided systematic interpretation through the Chinese core journal "Enterprise Management" and other systems interpretation,which helped to promote the development and improvement of the strategic theory system for Chinese local enterprises.

  • Theoretical Promulgation

As the main lecturer of the competitive strategy course of Shanghai Jiaotong University and the special lecturer of the Positioning Center of Beijing University HSBC Business School, he has attended a large number of events and forums through special invitation, making keynote speeches on the practical topic of competitive strategy, disseminating the strategic thinking of competition for countless entrepreneurs.
