Xu Lianzheng has been engaged in the study and practice of competitive strategy for nearly 20 years. He specializes in breaking down strategies into tactical actions and helping enterprises to effectively achieve strategic results. He is well versed in business competition rules, having led over 100 private advisory board meetings to enable the practice experiences shared among enterprises. He led the service provided to close to 100 companies including FIRMUS, CredEx Fintech, GANI Marble Tiles, and Hengshui Laobaigan Liquor.
He participated in the professional interpretation of the book Great Competition - Competitive Strategy Practice Cases of Chinese Enterprises, and worked with Xie Weishan and Yao Rongjun to develop the Kmind Competitive Strategy System. In addition, through systematic communication in the core Chinese journal Business Management, he helped to boost the development and optimization of the strategy theory system of local enterprises in China.
